Way to go Steve, and can you recommend a good chromatic harp for a beginner?

I wish I could recommend a good Chromatic for beginners, but I have only played one. I play a Hohner CX-12. I like it, but I cannot say it is the best for beginners.

I do have an opinion on what key to buy. I have a C and a C Tenor. I can play all the songs I have tabbed in the C Tenor. Some songs require notes lower than middle C, (the lowest note on a C). I have not needed the High notes on the C yet.

To play a song tabbed for a C on a C Tenor, Just subtract 4 from each note.

I am going to re-post this note as a topic in the harmonica chat section. It might make a good topic there.
