I am just wondering how you all found this site. I have been working hard on trying to get more people here and was wondering what has been working and what hasn't been. So how did you hear about harptabs.com?

i found the site by surfing the net and the site looked good. i have been looking a long time on the net for tab but could only get a few that never neede.

I was surfing the web to find free harp music because I always wanted to learn to play a musical instrument, but just never had the talent to do so. My wife found a harp at work, and after cleaning it up, I started to play around with it. She then bought me a brand new Bluesband Hohner, which had a limited number of song that I could destroy. After awhile, I started to recognize some of the songs I was attempting to play. Although not perfect, they didn't sound too bad. I don't want to invest money for sheet music until I know if I'll be able to improve. Your site is a godsend. It's great that I can choose simple songs to try to improve my playing. Let me just add here that I am a retired senior citizen with some free time ( after doing my chores ) on my hands, and although I get out of breath once and a while, and sometimes don't remember whether to blow or draw, I find I still have fun trying to play, and God willing, I will improve in time. Thanks again for having a site that is well laid out and easy to use.

I was searching the web for music when i stumbled here.
I think this site is really great and has a lot of good tabs.

I found this site through a message in the harpsoft.com forums. I have found so much information here after looking all over the net for new songs to play as my playing improves.

apparently not.
I too found the site hunting on the internet with words like: harmonica, harps, tabs..and so on...
And finding a pot of gold I did!
It is so inspirational!

I found this site by surfing and then since it's THE GREATEST site for harpers I talked to all my friends who play harmonica (actually they are two of them) and they visit from time to time but I don't think they are members yet.

same as davidgh2003 but i think will be much easyer to find it if you also put harp tabs separated in the google front page!

What do you mean?

i mean that you should put ´harptabs.com is a continuing to grow community.....we have over 550 free ´harp´ tabs to choose from.
and that way when anybody sufr the net will find this great site easily.

I trawled the net for an eternity, not sure what search I entered that eventually brought the site up, I met toooooo many dead ends & sites that weren't all that they made out to be, before stumblin' onto yours.

As JAMTHARP stated, "a pot of GOLD", it's the best out there for me & no doubt many other harp lovers.

I am alway glad to hear that people find the site usefull.
