Is there any way to toggle the song and contributors names back to blue from red on the home page?

Yes you need to clear your browser history... it is your browser which marks visited links as red and new links as blue.

I cleared it in internet options and it's still the same.

Get a blue marker and carefully trace over the red letters on your screen.
