Hi all,

I just wanted to stop by and say what a great Forum/Website you have here!

I'm a total harp novice and coming to it pretty late at 45 years!

There's so much info and advice on here. Looking forward to getting to grips with the learning :-)

Regards,
Kev.

Welcome Kev. Glad you found your way here. It's a great site.

What made you decide to take up the harp? And what kind of music are you interested in learning?

Again, welcome to the site and welcome to the joy of learning and playing the harmonica!smileys with beer

Hi Steve,

thanks for the welcome!

I have a Hohner 'Pro Harp' in C and a set of Sonnyboy's Special Pro's A, B, C, D, E, F, and G.

I really like the sound of the SonnyBoys.

Cheers,
Kev.

Hi EarthDogHarpin,

thank you too, for the welcome smiling smiley

I collect/DJ original 1950's/60's US Rhythm n Blues, Rockabilly, Doo Wop & Soul 45rpms.

I love the sound of the harp on many of these records and I guess that's what has drawn me to wanting to try and learn.

cheers,
Kev.
