Blues Traveler Harp

I've always loved Blues Traveler, but I've also always been curious about something. I know that John Popper is pretty much the best harmonica player in any band I've ever heard, but what kind does he use? It sounds like it's electric or something like that. Any of you all know?

According to the bio on the Blues Traveler web site, he only uses Special 20's. To get that Chicago Blues sound from any harp, you need to amplify the sound. A microphone and amplifier is needed.
