Could someone tell me what a valved harp is? windsaver valves? Auto valved harp?

The Auto Valve Harp is an octave tuned harmonica from Hohner. It is similar to a tremolo, but the dual reeds are tuned one octave apart rather than to the same note. It also has the windsaver valves you referred to.

Windsaver valves are plastic overlays on the reeds that help optimize airflow through the harp to make sure the reeds perform like they are supposed to. They are most common and most helpful on low keys because it takes so much air to make the reeds work likey they are supposed to.

So, basically, a valved harp is a harp that has windsaver valves. Some chromatics have valved holes as do some of the Bushman Soul's Voice Low Boys and the Suzuki Valved Promaster and Valved Promaster Gold. The standard Suzuki Promaster doesn't have the valves.
