I just bought a Danelectro DE-1 Dan-Echo from ebay. This pedal is awesome. I hooked it to my 15 watt tube amp last nite at practice. I did some adjusting on it 'til I got it where I wanted it. Made my amp sound huge, like being in a large empty room. Made it sound like the recordings of some of the old great players. Now all I have to do is learn to play like them. But if I get close, this set-up will make it sound better.
I've played around with it a little. Get some echo stuff going and come back and play over it and sound like two harps playing.
If I go to the open jam tonight I'll hook it up to my 30 watter and see how it does. My room at home with my stuff in it is too small to really tell how it sounds. And I surely don't want to run the wife outta the livingroom.
