Finally the harp came in the mail! For those of you who did not follow my previous thread, I was in a dilemna, waiting for this harp from the Musician's Friend Company for almost 3 months. Well it just came today, and let me just say its worth the wait! Never before have i had an octave harp, and the 1494/28 totally surpassed my expectations. These harps sound so much like accordions its scary. If anyone has ever had experience playing tremolo, this harp should be a breeze. What I didn't expect was having the lower octave of reeds on top. But this poses no problem at all, as the quality of the reeds produces such a rich and full sound. This is truly the harp equivalent to the 12-string guitar, and I am so, soo glad I didn't withdraw my order.
