I stole this tab from Paul Lassey (See attached video), but I made some changes to his tab as follows:  
He tabbed 4 blow when he meant blow 5 a couple of times, so I corrected that.
I swapped 2 draw for 3 blow (and vice versa) for easier playing a few times.
I show a new phrase starting a note later in a place or two.
I indicate slurs as (-2\-2') or (-2'/-2).
