If playing by yourself just alternate playing part A then B then A then B
If playing with someone else, one person plays part A through 1x, then play both parts at the same time repeating each of your own parts. Have fun with it (play part B and octave lower the first time, then an octave higher the second time around, etc, etc.).

PART A (you can also play each note of the chords individually 1x instead of playing the whole chord 3x on each line; if you do this, add a -3'' before the +4 +5 in line 2)
