Verse:
 5 6 -7 -6 6 5 6 -6 -7
Well no one told me a-bout her

 5 6 5 -4 5
The way she lied

 5 6 -7 -6 6 6 -7 -8 8
Well no one told me a-bout her

 5 5 5 6 5 -4 5
How ma-ny peo-ple cried

 5 5 6 -6 -6 -6 -7 6 5
But it's too late to say you're sor-ry

 5 5 5 -4 -3 -4 -3 -3- -3
How would I know? Why should I care?

   5 6 -6 -6 -6 -7 -8 -7
Please don't bo-ther tryin' to find her

-7 -8 8'
She's not there

Chorus:
 8 8 8' 8 8'
Well let me tell you

  8 -8 8 -8 -7
'Bout the way she looked

-8 8 -8 8
The way she'd act

 8 8 8 8 8 8 8
And the co-lor of her hair

 8 8 8 8 -8 8
Her voice was soft and cool

 8 8 8 8 -8 8
Her eyes were clear and bright

 8 8 8 8
But she's not there

Verse:
Well no one told me about her, what could I do
Well no one told me about her, though they all knew
But it's too late to say you're sorry
How would I know, why should I care
Please don't bother tryin' to find her
She's not there
