English-Irish-American lullaby
Key: F
Time: 3/4

3 4 4 -4 5
6 7 7 -8 8
As I was walk-ing

 -5 6 -5 5 -4
 -9 9 -9 8 -8
Down by the sea-side

3 4 4 4 -4 5
6 7 7 7 -8 8
I saw an old her-ring

 -5 6 -5 5 -4
 -9 9 -9 8 -8
Float up with the tide

-4 -4 6 5 5 6 5
-8 -8 9 8 8 9 8
He was for-ty feet long

 5 -5 -4 4 -3
 8 -9 -8 7 -7...
And fif-ty feet square

-3”3 4 4 4 -4
-66 7 7 7 -8
If this ain’t a lie

5 -5 5 5 -4 4
8 -9 8 8 -8 7
I will sing no more here
