How to read this tab — notation key

+: Blow note
−: Draw note
b or ': Half-step bend
bb or '': Two half-step bend

Michael Spray plays this on u/tube using G harp in the second position,
he starts on hole -3  key letter G  he does a good job,
but his version is not true to the music notation.That is my opinion
and not the definitive answer. For that Michael will have to tell us
