CREATE IN ME A CLEAN HEART (PSALM 51)

-7 -7 6 -7 -7 7 -7 7 -6 6
Have mercy, Lord, in Your unfailing love.
6 6 6 -5 6 -6 -6 6 -5 6
Wash me of sin, of my impurity.
-7 -7 6 -7 -7 7 -7 7 -6 6
Wash me, my Lord, that I be white as snow,
6 7 6 -5 6 -6 -6 6 -5 6
And hide Your face from my iniquity.
-7 -7 7 -7
I know I've sinned!
8 -8 7 -6 6 -7
It's there right before me.
-7 -7 7 -7 8 -8 -8 7 -6 6
How rightly, Lord, that I am judged by Thee.
6 6 6 -6 6 -5 5 6 -5 -5 5
But in Your grace, I ask You for Your pardon:
-3 5 -4 -3 5 6
From my sin, set me free.

(second verse is the same as first except last note)
Verse 2:
Create in me a clean heart, O God!
Renew in me a spirit right with You.
Instill in me a wisdom to be true.
Forgive me, Lord, for all the wrongs I do.

Lord, cast me not away from Thy presence.
Lord, take Your Holy Spirit not from me.
Restore to me the joy of Thy salvation,

And a strength drawn from Thee.
