6 -6 7 6 7 -7 6 7 7 -6
Like a babe when it cries for its mother
-7 -7 -8 -7 7 -7 7 -7 7
Like a child I was helpless, alone
8 8 -7 5 6 7
Then I met the Master
6 -6 -6 6 6 -5 6
Now I am one of His own

Chorus:
8 -8 -8 -7 7
For all things were changed
-7 -7 -7 7
When He found me
7 -8 -8 -7 7 -7 -7 -7 7
A new day broke thru all around me
8 8 -7 5 6 7
For I met the Master
6 -6 -6 6 -5 5
Now I belong to him

Verse 2:
Like a blind man who walks in the darkness
I had longed I had searched for the light
Then I met the Master
Now I walk no more in the night

(Chorus)
