v.2 & 3 use same tune.

2.His corral was nearby and there sad and alone
was standing this Bronc, a Strawberry Roan
his legs they was spavin with pidgeon toes
and mean little pig eyes with a big Roman nose
he offers me "ten" if I ride the old hack
so I throws on my saddle and jumps on his back
he bowed down his neck then he left the ground
ten minutes went flying before he came down

3.He sailed up t'ward the East then down t'ward
  West
to stay on his back I'm doing my best
then he makes one wild jump like he's goin to
  fly
I'm sitting on nothing a way up on the sky
I turns over twice and then shot down to earth
the boys was all laffing for all they was
  worth
I'll bet all my dough that no man a live
can stay with the Strawberry and take his high
  dive

Yours Harmusman
