Where There Is Faith

verse 1

4 -3 4 -3 4 3 3
I believe in faithfulness,

4 -3 4 -3 4 3 3 4 3
I believe in giving of myself

 4 -3 3 -3 3
for someone else.

4 -3 4 -3 4 3 3
I believe in peace and love,

4 -3 4 -3 4 3 3 4 2
I believe in honesty and trust.

 2 4 -3 -3 3
But it's not enough;

 3 3 3 3 3 3
for all that I believe

 3 3 4 4 4 4 3 -3
may never change the way it is

 3 2 1 3 3
unless I believe

 3 1 3 3 3 -3 -3 -3
that Jesus lives.

chorus

 -3 4 -4 4 5
Where there is faith,

  5 -4 4 -5 5 -4
there is a voice calling,

  5 -4 4
"Keep walking,

 -5 5 -4 5 -4 4 3
you're not alone in this world."

 -3 4 -4 4 5
Where there is faith,

  5 -4 4 -5 5 -4 4 5 -4 4
there is a peace like a child sleeping,

 -5 5 -4 5 -4 4 3 3 3 3 3 2 1
hope everlasting in He who is able to bear

4 3 -3 -3 4 -3 -3 4 -4 5 -5 5
ev'ry burden, to heal ev'ry hurt in my heart.

5 -4 4 -5 5 -4 5 -4 4 3
It is a wonderful powerful place

  3 3 4 4
where there is faith.

verse 2

There's a man across the sea,
never heard the sound of freedom ring,
only in his dreams.
There's a lady dressed in black
in a motorcade of Cadillacs;
Daddy's not coming back.
Our hearts begin to fall
and our stability grows weak,
but Jesus meets our needs
if only we believe.
