Kolo is Serbian national instrumental music and dance. Most commonly it is played on accordion. There are many kinds of kolo, this is one of the best known. Accordionists usually improvise playing different variations of these lines, adding parts from other kolos and folk tunes for 10 minutes or more, until people dancing get tired and need a rest.
