 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 6 4
Twen-ty five years of my life and still I’m
  -4 -4 -4 -4 4 6 6 -4 5 4
Trying to get up that great big hill of hope
 4 -3” 4 4 5 4
For a des-ti-na-tion.
3 5 5 5 5 5 3 5 5 6
I real-ize quick-ly when I know I should
 6 6 -4 -4 -4 -4 -4 4
That the world was made up of this
  6 6 -4 5 4
Broth-er-hood of man
 4 -3” 4 4 5 4
For what-ev-er that means

 6 6 6 8 8 -7
And so I cry some-times
 -7 -7 6 6 6 -5
when I'm ly-ing in bed
 -5 5 -5 -5 8 -8 -5 -5 8 -8
Just to get it all out, what's in my head
-8 8 7 7 7 7 7 7 7 -4 -4 5
And I, I am feel-ing a lit-tle pe-cul-iar
 6 6 6 8 8 8 7 7 7 7 6
And so I wake in the morn-ing and I step
 6 6 -5 5 -5 -5 8 -8
Out-side and I take a deep breath
-5 -5 8 8 7
And I get real high

-6 7 7 -6 -6 7 -6 7 7
And I scream from the top of my lungs
 -8 -8 8 7
What's go-in' on?

 6 -6 6 8 76-55 87-5
And I say hey hey
