Nick,
some times when I try to go to the forum main page I get these warnings at the head of the page:

Warning: display_header(): Failed opening 'http://www.harptabs.com/adgen.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/pear:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/harptabs/www/settings.php on line 47

and then when I click on a forum nothing loads.

I use firefox if it matters.

it doesn't happen to often but still, any ideas

That usually occurs during heavy traffic periods when the host is having trouble handling the loading of all the pages. Unfortunatelly there just isn't anything (other then changing hosting companies) I can do about it since the website computer which has the site is having a problem keeping up.
