When I logon to the forum, the red "New" indicator is not showing up. In the "Last Post" colomn, it shows the last post was made on Jan. 14. Once I enter a forum section, then I see "New."

There was a bug with the website interacting with a new service I am testing out. They fixed the bug but my guess is you were seeing that before it was fixed.
