I'm having some trouble posting files to my tabs. The way I've been doing it is to visit the tab's page, and use the "Post File" link at the top, but that hasn't worked for my latest tab. The attached file shows up on my account page, but the tab page doesn't show any related files. I've tried uploading it once more, but that just leads to a duplicate in my list of uploaded files, with nothing on the tab's page.

1. How do I make uploaded files appear as related files on a tab?
2. How do I delete duplicate files, or files that aren't associated with anything?

Post your tab, then go back to your tab (Logged in) and click the link at the top of your tab that says, "Post file."

You can't delete it, but you can ask Nick to.

I've tried that three times with my latest tab, and the midi doesn't show up on the tab. I do have three copies of it on my account page, though. Is there a step I'm missing?

David, I went and took a look at your account/profile page and it looks as though all your files are there. I clicked on one to see if it would play and indeed, it did! Seems all good.

Take another look at your account/profile page and see if you're able to see them now.

If you still can't see them, let Webmaster Nick know. Be sure and let him know that other members (like me) can see them, but yet, for whatever reason, you can't.

I will look into this, the files are not showing up on your tabs.

Ok I looked into it and it is working correctly. The first one I looked at didn't have any associated with it so I thought it wasn't working correct. On the bottom of your tabs is where you see all attached files. The audio link in the header of the tab is actually just a hot link to a file and doesn't actually link to the upload files.

Yes, as I mentioned, they do show up on my account/profile page. However, I can't get files to attach themselves to a particular tab anymore. (http://www.harptabs.com/song.php?ID=20956) doesn't make any mention of attached files, even though I used the "Post File" link (http://www.harptabs.com/multiupload.php?ID=20956) to attach (http://www.harptabs.com/displayfile.php?ID=506), (http://www.harptabs.com/displayfile.php?ID=517), and (http://www.harptabs.com/displayfile.php?ID=518) (links are from my account/profile page).

Thank you for explaining that, I didn't understand what was going on. I have fixed the problem and new files should now be linking correctly.

My fix was missing when I went in and checked again... I am not sure what happened maybe I didn't save it. Please try again and let me know. I can remove the uploads you don't want.

Speaking of files:
Could you get the files to display in alphebetical order in the "View files" page?

They should be alphabetical for the last list, the first two are most popular and newest.
