Tab weird format

I have been away for a while so I don't know if this is an ongoing problem.
I have recently posted up two tabs, links below, but they seem to be formatted weirdly. They both have " " really randomly in them, and its all a bit strange.
Is it something that I have done wrong? Or something else?
