Hello all..
For the last few days I have had problems here with a virus...
I use two browsers Yahoo & Google chrome .
When I used the Google browser I received a warning about this site containing Malware...and was warned not to continue....
When I used Yahoo I gained access,but immediately my anti virus warning came up telling me my computer had been infected with 3 trojens which were Quarantined..I deleted them with no problem..
Has anybody else had these warnings or trojens ?
And was you aware Nick ?, did you remove them ?

I've never had anything like that happen.

A day or two ago, I got that warning and my CA Antivirus program immediately deleted a virus. It only happened once.

I uses avast and i getting an warning everytime i load a new site.

I agree with above...every time I change screen to a new page on this site I have to get rid of the warning...I use Avast as well.

Firefox can really help with viruses. Get the addons "AdBlock Plus" "WoT (Web of Trust)" and if your really wanting to eliminate ALL possible malware get "NoScript".

With NoScript you will have to allow pages to access your computer, even flash, so it can be annoying. It will 100% stop any websites from doing anything wrong.

Adblock will stop ads

WoT is an addon that allows people to rate sites based on safety and such. Stops you from entering malicious site before you go in and asks if you want to continue onto the site.

Lots of fun addons to make your searches faster, browers run faster, and lots of music related addons. Look around on mozilla.com

Nick I had this problem for 3 days on the 7th 8th 9th of January...but not since,they just stopped,that's why i asked you if you removed them..

i removed them but they came back once so i wanted to check that they weren't back again. I use Firefox and firefox doesn't even see them.

I have not been able to get into this site for the last few days. I use two different computers and two different anti-virus suites, avast and MS Security essentials. Both showed up viruses and a Google search for the site warned it may harm your computer.

Today the Google search did not give the warning on the main page, but still did on a lower level page. I would suspect the whole site has been infected and someone has been cleaning up, but still has some work to do. Good luck.

yup the Virus is back since the 30th of january for me..its getting a pain pffffffff

firefox has began blocking the site

Even our search engine is blocking us. It shows you the song but won't give it to you.

Firefox has blocked this site on my p.c for the last two weeks, thought that was the end of Harptabs for me.
