1st if the harp has a metal or plastic comb, just run warm water for a few minutes through both sides of the harp. If the holes are really grungy use a handfull of Q-tips and some soapy water, rinse.
Then tap the harp (both sides again) sharply against a clean cloth. Then blow-draw, blow-draw three or four holes, strongly up and down the harp, air dry, or use a hair dryer on air only (no heat).
If this does not work, you must take the cover plates off and carefully remove debris from the reeds. Then use the Q-tips and soapy water and gently scrub, then rinse every thing. Shake the exess water off and air dry or use a hair dryer on air only (no heat).
If the harp has a wood comb try and minimize water then dry as fast as possible (still no heat).

Wow, I didn't know you could use a pressure washer! lol. Really though, I didn't know that you could use water, I thought that you wanted to keep water off of it as much as possible(except spit) winking smiley ewww gross!lol Any way, I just learned something new. Cool. I imagine it wouldn't be a good idea to leave it wet though.
