I've been trying to learn some farily fast Irish jigs, and someone on another forum told me about this great shareware program that slows down music so we can learn it!
It's called, "Amazing Slow Downer for Windows." Here's the website:

The only thing about it is that it works for MP3/Wave/Wma/Ogg/FLAC files, which is a drag because I've been collecting mostly midi files. lol But, for some of the specific fast Irish jigs I've been attempting, this program is perfect for my purposes!

Windows Media Play will slow down what ever you are listening too. If you right click on the progress bar and select play-> play speed -> slow it will play it very slowly.
