hey thought everyone would be intrested in this. There is a program calle d harping midi that will tab songs for you. You just have to find the midi version of the song run it through and you will get a tab in no time. Only catch is it costs about 15 bucks for the full version and you can't have vocals on the midi. You can't actually get a written tab with out the full version but the free trial displays the notes. Takes some of the guess work out of tabbing.

I have used that program but found it very difficult to work and it didn't output the tabs in a very good format. I keep saying I am going to look into writing my own software but I just have not gotten around to it.
