i can play songs from harptabs
but i want to know how to play songs that meant for harmonica
and how to improv or jam
what should i do?

Rock n' Blues Harmonica by Jon Gindick is a good, quick and inexpensive start. For more study, the Harmonica Masterclass series by David Barrett.

Try YouTube. A great source of tuitional videos, especially Dan Gage (12gagedan) or Jason Ricci. I have learnt loads and loads from these guys vids!

I've picked up some good advice and pointers from the books and youtube vids, but you just can't substitute books and videos for practice, practice, practice.

Agree with you there Jeff, no substitute for practice, but, YouTube vids are a great place to get some material to practice the basics and they can also let you hear what you're supposed to be playing, which is a great help. They certainly were (and still are) a tremendous help to me.
