Good afternoon. I've only bee playing for a short while and I feel like I'm getting the single notes down ok. I am beginning to try and work in some throat and hand vibrato. Any suggestions or help would certainly be appreciated.

I am having so much fun, I just wish I had discovered the harp many years ago.

My only suggestion is 'keep at it'. When you get it down, make sure you don't use them all the time. It took me awhile to make it sort of a rare treat to the listener otherwise it gets tiring. I watched a video the other day a guy was wah-wahing or vibrato on every single note on simple melody.
