Walt,
The intro sounds like a jazzed up version of the last two lines of Waylon Jennings song Honky Tonk Heroes. "For loveable losers and no acountin' boozers and honky tonk heroes like me." I know it's not what you are looking for, but it might help.

Walt,
I don't have my harps with me so here is my best guess at it on what I believe is a Bb harp,

5 4 5 4 -3 -3 5 -3 4 5 6 5 6 5 -4 4 -3 3 3 (543) -3 (-4-3) with a little variation on the ending. The notes in the parenthesis are played together. As I said I can't say for sure if this is correct but may help you some.
