Got it posted for you, it is in the key of A flat but for what you want you can play it on your C harmonica just the way it is posted and although it will be off key it will sound OK

Since you converted up an octave, if you have this set up on word or some word processor you should make sure it is in courier new font (as this will keep the numbers and words lined up) and go to add a tab and post it on the site, just at the end of the title put "high version" or "high" as others may find your version easier to play, I debated whether to post it as it is or translate it up an octave and I went with the low version which matched the sheet music I had. If you do post it just remember to turn off the advanced editor when in the add a tab page, if you click on the advanced editor you will see all the icons disappear then you know you have it turned off, if you leave it on it seems to mess up things for most people.
