3 days ago i finally got my Xmas gift Suzuki Manji in C - from a very good friend .

First impressions was wow - cool, Suzuki Manji - Awesome, all back wide open
But when i begun playing it i noticed that i have problems with 5 and 6 hole (air leak or something like that) eh i think its my un - proper breathing problem now. Well besides it i really don't like how manji 6 hole sound - its not so bad but i have feeling thats ther something not right (With my Golden and Lee oskar C all fine) idk maybe its Manji design that it still sounds from 1 - 6 holes if u play it and take fast it away it still sounds inside ....

But it may be my un proper breathing and that im only use it like 5 times . I like to play fast - and Good Manji allows me to do that, but well i can play little bit faster with my Golden Melody ... Maybe its manji tuning cause Golden have different and i like it better ... tough Manji do fine chords - which don't sound so good on golden... and taste - i don't feeling any - i only feel taste from Suzuki Promaster Hammond black cover plate.

Maybe i will change my opinion few days later .

Now im not so impressed as i was before reading all those nice reviews ....

Sure it could be my un proper breathing and not so much playing skills & knowledge ...

Have you looked to see if the reed is gapped right?
