The chromatics are super easy to play but not as loud as Hohners, they seem to wear out quicker.

I liked the 1923 for tone, volume and responsiveness. Bought 2 of them. Not particularly durable, compared to nearly every other harp I play (MB, Special 20, Oskar, etc.). Also, the screws (on both) kept unscrewing themselves until I finally superglued them in place. Won't be buying another, and that's a shame, because they played and sounded great.
