Hi!! Here are some info!!!!

Hohner, presents the echo double sided harmonica which is just like having two instruments in one. This tremolo tuned harmonica has 32 holes and plays 64 notes on each side (for a total of 64 holes and 128 notes). Hohner's echo harp stands out above all of the rest because of the precision tuned reeds which create a beautifully blended vibrato tone. This is truly an incredible harmonica with all of the brilliant sound and quality that you can expect from the Hohner company. If you want to own an amazing harmonica, this is it!

Tjek it out here! [www.earfloss.com]

The Hohner Echo comes in a variety of sizes and tunings. There are the tremolo models which have that nice vibrato effect and then there are the octave models which have the sound of two instruments being played at once. Both the octave and the tremolo models come in single and double-sided varieties. The double-sided are basically 2 harps in one. I'm not sure how the 24 (actually it's 48 - 24 on top 24 on bottom) hole tremolo lines up to a 12-hole diatonic, but the 20 (again, actually 40 hole - 20 on top 20 on bottom) hole model lines up beautifully with a standard 10 hole diatonic. If you group the holes together in groups of 4 (2 on top and 2 on bottom), each grouping corresponds to a single hole on a standard diatonic. The left holes in each set play the blow notes, and the right holes in each set play the draw notes. The sound from these instruments is great, but they do take some getting used to, especially if you started out on a diatonic like most people.

I'm not going to rate these because they are so different and their cost is typically makes it prohibitive to compare all the different models.
